初めてのタンしゃぶ。お店は外観からしてよい雰囲気を醸し出しております。週末ということもあり予約なしの入店は難しいかな？？と思っておりましたが運よく「カウンターならばOK」ということで入ることができました。
鍋に入る前に一品をいただきましたが、インパクトがあったのはかんぱちのお刺身です。1切れがすごく大きいです。一口ではとてもではありませんが食べきれません。それくらいの大きさで食べ応え十分あります。鮮度も良かったです。
タンしゃぶですが･･･、提供される際はおおきなまな板になるのですが、2人前以上になるとテーブルにのせるのは大変です。隣のかたに迷惑にならないようにしないといけないですね（笑）
タンは部位が2種類だったとおもいます。明らかに色合いが異なっていたので･･･
自分はどちらかというと、赤身が好みでした。〆はちゃんぽんですが、いいお出汁になっていましたね。
料理や器など、インパクトがあるお店でした。ごちそうさまでした。
機会があれば再訪したいですね。
