本日のディナーは、金山にある「小料理と鍋 由乃 金山店」さんへ。以前、錦にある店舗には伺いましたが、今回初めて金山店を利用させていただきました。

○おばんざい三種盛り
ポテトサラダ、ナスの揚げ浸し、肉味噌パリパリピーマンの3種類が提供されました。個人的にどれも美味しいと思いましたが、ポテトサラダが特に美味しかったです。フライドオニオンやベーコンがしっかりと入っており、お酒によく合うポテサラでした。
○本日の鮮魚の刺身
今回は、ブリが提供されました。残念ながら自分はブリを食べられないので、仲間にあげました(笑)
○本日の揚げ物
揚げた肉団子にピリッとする餡をかけたものでした。こちらも味が濃いめなので、お酒に合うメニューですね。
○牛タンしゃぶしゃぶ
こちらが今回のメイン！1枚の板に乗せられた量は2人前です。綺麗に並べられた牛タンの美しさは、まさに圧巻！これこそ映えるメニューです。
白菜やねぎ、かぶ、クレソン、えのき、椎茸など様々な野菜が添えられています。
最初、野菜を出しに入れて、柔らかくなるまで待ちます。そして、タンを出汁にさっとくぐらせる。あまり長い時間やりすぎるとお肉が固くなってしまうので、薄いピンク色くらいの状態がベストとのこと。由乃特製の甘いタレにつけて食べると、もう最高です。肉の柔らかさはもちろん、牛タンの旨みと出汁の香り、タレの甘みが口の中いっぱいに広がります。サービスでもらえるカットレモンの果汁をタレに垂らすと、より美味しくなりました。
○本日の逸品小皿
四川 よだれ鶏が提供されました。四川と言うだけあって、結構辛めのよだれ鶏になります。お酒にあいますし。基本的に、一品メニューは全てお酒に合う感じですね。
○契約農場の濃厚卵雑炊
〆の極太塩ちゃんぽん麺に1人あたり150円プラスすると、こちらの雑炊に変更できます。写真は撮れていませんでしたが、こちらもとても美味しい。牛タンしゃぶしゃぶをした後の出汁で煮込み、岩塩で味付け。薬味を少し乗せていただくのが、とても良きでした。
少しお値段は張りますが、こちらは充分満足のいくメニューだと思います。なんと言っても牛タンしゃぶしゃぶが美味しすぎる！お洒落な店内ですし、デートや記念日に利用するのもとてもいいかと思います。また、伺いたいと思います。
