地下鉄日比野駅から1分の立地です。お昼14時過ぎ、日比野で市場あたりのお店は全部閉まり、ランチ難民になりかけたところへ、OPENしたばかりのこちらが15時まで営業しているとのことで即入店しました。
しかも好きながブリチキンさんと一番軒さんのコラボ店ということで、定食から飲みから〆のラーメンまで全部揃っていて伺いやすいお店です。
・味玉入り味噌辛豚骨 税込980円
一番軒さんは本店や他のお店でも頂いたことありますが、味噌辛豚骨は初めてなので頂いてみることにしました。
居酒屋さんのようなタブレットで注文していき、帰りは自動レジでペイペイも使えます。
かたさはかた、辛さは中辛にしました。
スープを頂きましたら、からみそラーメンのような味で豚骨ベースを想像していたら、一番軒さんの美味しい豚骨スープにほのかに味噌と辛味がついてくるという感じです。
個人的には某有名店の赤い秘伝のたれを入れた味がとても好きなので、そんな感覚で頂けて美味しかったです。
ただ味噌ラーメンが食べたいと思って頂いたら違うので注意です。
味玉はしっかり味はついているのに、とろっと半熟で美味しく、メンマも入っているのも嬉しい。
最近あまりなくなってきている、高菜と紅生姜セルフで自由にとれるコーナーがあるので、高菜無料はとってもありがたいです♪
辛味は中辛ですと、食べやすい辛さで、高菜を入れたら最後ピリ辛になってきました。
