ランチのパスタは
サラダ、スープ、フォカッチャ付き。
シャキシャキ新鮮なサラダ。
フォカッチャは
もっちりふんわり。
噛めば噛むほど甘みがあって
お代わりしたいぐらい
美味しかったです。
コンソメスープは
濃すぎず薄すぎず
ちょうど良い塩味
しめじ、玉ねぎ、ベーコン、
牛骨から出汁をとっているそうで
味に深みがありました。
レモンパスタには
小粒の貝柱がゴロゴロ
さっぱりとしていながら
しっかり旨みを感じられるパスタ
カルボナーラはシンプルながら
1口食べて味付けに感動したので
次は違うクリーム系も
食べてみたいなーと思いました。
今年の3/1にNEW OPEN。
日替わりパスタは￥900～と
リーズナブルな価格設定
夜も23時までやっているそうで嬉しい。
後日知ったのですが
シェフは千種の有名店"ピッコラ"で
腕を振るわれていた方だそう。
どれも手が込んだ美味しさに納得
入口からアートでオシャレな空間。
味付けもとっても美味しかったので
またリピしたいです。
