大通りに面した佇まいよい中華そばのお店です
カウンター他テーブル席もあり
店内は清潔感あります
１人１人お盆がありレンケや箸がセットされています
この日は
「特製淡麗中華そば朧月」
店名の入る基本の一杯です、霞んだ朧月ではなくスープの中心に浮かぶのは濃厚満月卵、鶏出汁に熟成醤油のラーメンスープはしっかり旨みありますが醬油が強い感じでしょうか、卵やチャーシューの塩気は少ないのでバランスは悪くないですね、愛知県産「あゆちのみのり」小麦はあえて加水少なく食感を出しており咀嚼での小麦の香りあり
卵を崩してから昆布酢や和山椒での味変もよい感じでした
