金山駅から徒歩5分ほどのこちら。
以前にも伺った『焼肉神宮』さんの2号店として、昨年オープンしました。
モダンな雰囲気の店内はデートにも飲み会にも打ってつけで、この日も多くのお客さんで賑わっていました。
なお、こちらは表のリーズナブルな¥500〜のメニューに加え、よりハイクオリティーな裏メニューがあります。

◆お通し
九州黒毛和牛の牛すじ煮。塩仕立てで柔らかな大根とともに煮込まれた牛すじはとろっとろ！
◆サッポロ赤星 (中瓶) ¥650
◆キムチ盛り合わせ ¥700
白菜、オイキムチ、大根の盛り合わせ。
自家製で甘みと辛みのバランスが◎。
ビールが進みますね。
◆極み牛タン ¥1,500
三大名物の一つとか。上質なタンで塩昆布を巻いて。
肉質の良さを感じる凝縮感。シルキーな舌触りでとても柔らかです！
◆上塩タン(厚切り) ¥1,500
厚切りの牛タンで食べ応えバッチリ！
上品な脂と肉の旨みがダイレクトに感じられます。
◆ピリ辛セセリ ¥500
◆新鮮炙り上レバー ¥1,200
こちらも肉質の良さを感じられる味わいで、臭みは皆無！新鮮さが伝わってきて、奥深いコクがあります。
塩と胡麻油でいただきました。
◆新神宮サラダ ¥500
以前本店でいただいた神宮サラダは確か塩ダレでしたが、今回の新神宮サラダは甘辛い醤油系のドレッシング。これも美味しいですね。
◆神宮生レモンサワー極み ¥750
◆元祖名物和牛生ハンバーグ ¥500
三大名物の二つ目。文字通り生でも食べられる挽肉を用いており、お好みの火入れで。
◆特選和牛イチボ土鍋ご飯 ¥1,980
角切りのイチボ、沢庵、大葉、花穂、卵黄などの土鍋ご飯。
見た目にも華やか、味もバツグンに美味しいです！
提供までに40分前後かかるのでお早めに。
なお、食べきれない分はおにぎりにしてお持ち帰りいただけます。
◆(裏メニューより)盛岡冷麺 ¥1,080
盛岡直送の冷麺。あっさりしていながら味わい深く素晴らしい〆でした！
今回は表メニューを中心にいただきました。
オススメは何と言っても、三大名物の極み牛タン、和牛生ハンバーグ、イチボの土鍋ご飯です！
次回はよりハイクオリティー裏メニューも色々頼んでみたいですね。
