事前に予約をし、カウンター席でいただきました。
前日までに予約しないと食べられないメニューもあるので、訪問前に確認してください。
・元祖名物和牛ハンバーグ (500円)
→小ぶりサイズです。網の隅の方でじっくり中まで火を通して、卵黄ソースにからめたりかけたりして食べてください。
・極み牛タン (1,500円)
→とても綺麗にカットされていて、色が綺麗です。少し早めな焼き加減で甘みと柔らかさを堪能してください。
・特選和牛イチボ土鍋ご飯 (1,980円)
→これは食べ欲しいです。全部食べれなくてもおにぎりにして持ち帰ることができます。
・黒毛和牛上生ハラミ (2,980円)
→軽く焼くだけで、肉の旨みが口の中で広がります。
・九州黒毛和牛ローストユッケ (1,980円)
→前日まで要予約
焼肉にユッケがあると必ず頼みます。予約時にこちらもお願いしました。
・幻の黒毛和牛シャトーブリタン (薄切り) (3,980円)
・幻の黒毛和牛シャトーブリタン (厚切り) (4,500円)
→薄切りも厚切りもどちらもオススメ。どっちも好みだった。
あとは、表メニューからも何品か。
裏メニューは高級な値段ですが、表メニューにある
ホルモンやタン、ハラミ、
一品ものや野菜、〆もの、デザートなどが500〜1,000円で食べれるので
表メニューから選ぶとかなり安上がりになります。
味も落ちません。
いつも〆でホルモン頼むけど、ホルモンが500円は安い。
友達と焼肉行きたい時に使いやすいお店。
