Today was my first visit to Jingu Bettei. The main store, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Jingu, is a very popular restaurant with a waiting list of over two weeks for reservations on weekends! The interior of the store is divided into boxes, creating a calming atmosphere.・Assorted Namul ・Extreme Cow tongue ・Raw mushroom slices ・Kyushu Kuroge Wagyu beef rare beef ・Freshly grilled liver ・Kuroge Wagyu top skirt steak ・Jingu hormone ・Special raw Wagyu beef Hamburg ・Yukkejang soup ・Specially selected Wagyu beef rice in clay pot ・Coffee jelly I ordered Yo⭐︎ First of all, stew beef tendon! The deliciousness that goes with alcohol ♡ The famous Cow tongue from! I ate this wrapped in salted kelp ♬ And the very popular raw Hamburg! This one is too cheap at 500 yen. The eggs are seasoned with truffle flavor and go perfectly with wine♡ It's just too delicious. Raw mushroom slices and rare Wagyu beef were also served at the same time, so at that moment our desk looked like we were in a fashionable Bistro. The mushroom slices were also very delicious with lots of cheese (*´꒳`*) I also recommend the Wagyu rare beef as you can feel the natural flavor of the meat ♡ The upper liver is eaten with sesame oil and salt. I like this way of eating the most ♡ It's fresh and delicious with no odor. The skirt steak was tender and the offal was of high quality and very delicious. When they provided the hormones, they also provided ice for us to use in case the fire got too strong, and I was really happy with that kind of consideration. Finish off with rice in a clay pot with Wagyu beef! This one has 1.5 cups of rice and is very filling! It's also helpful to be able to takeaway if you can't finish all your food. (This is the only place I was planning to takeaway but it was so delicious that I ended up eating most of it.) This was my first visit to Jingu Bettei, and I fell in love with it. I already want to go again.
