今日は悪友と二人で焼肉パーティーです。
金山駅のアスナル逆側出口から出てすぐにある焼肉神宮別邸にきました。
入り口にのれんとランタンがあり、ちょっといい雰囲気です。
メニューは500円メニュー＋裏メニューという感じで、リーズナブルに楽しむこともできます。
●名物和牛生ハンバーグ
ハンバーグ４つで５００円！？まずは値段にびっくりです。
コロコロと転がしながらじっくり焼いていただきました。
しっかりした肉感があり、卵黄ソースをからめていただくとよりおいしい。
●極み牛タン
綺麗なピンク色したとても柔らかい牛タンです。
すぐに火が通るのでさっと炙っていただきました。
塩昆布を巻いて食べるのが新鮮でおいしかったです。
●特選和牛イチボ土鍋ご飯
土鍋一杯の炊き込てご飯の上にレアなお肉が乗っていて、店員さんがその場で混ぜ合わせてくれました。
ちょっと蒸しておいて火の入り加減を調整できるのもうれしい。
最初はレアでいただき、途中でミディアムで食感変えて楽しむことができました。
また結構ボリュームがあって食べきれないかなと思ったら、おにぎりにしてお土産にもできるとのこと。
子供のお土産になり助かります。
●黒毛和牛赤身炙り焼き
運ばれてきたお肉にはたっぷりチーズがかかってます。
片面焼きとのことでしたので裏面だけよく焼いていただきました。
カリっとした食感と、チーズの風味がよく合います。
よく焼きにして正解でした
飲み物はビールの他に神宮生レモンサワーをいただきました。
レモン果汁たっぷりでうまい。
さっぱりしているので、焼肉にとても合います。
牛タンと生レモンサワーが美味しかったなー
