予約して来店。親しい方の誕生日だったので、一番人気のコースを予約していきました。
お肉の質はまあ、この金額出したらこれくらいは欲しいよね、という感じ。お店の雰囲気は良いです。
ただ店員の質やサービス内容と金額が見合っていないと思いました。
一つしかないトイレが長々と使われていて、出てきたのはおそらくアルバイトの女の子であったり、客がいるのに手洗場で髪を結んでメイクしている様子を見てげんなり。その手洗場も途中なんらかの理由で詰まったのか排水されておらず、シンクに水が溜まっていってるのにずっとそのままなのもどうかと思いました。定期的に清掃とかしてないのでしょうか。
楽しみにしていたコース料理もこちらのペースなどお構いなしにどんどん出てきて、結局18時予約で18:30には締めのごはんものまで辿り着いていて、「早く追い出したいのかな？」と感じました。
忙しいのは分かりますが、ドリンクもなかなか来なかったり、注文を忘れられていたり。
何より一番ないな、と感じたことが衛生面です。キッチン近くの席だったのですが、下水の匂い？生臭さを感じました。ユッケや低音調理の肉もコースにあったため気になりました。
また、後ろの席の人はバースデーケーキを付けられていたようですが、コースの順番を間違えられていて、ケーキの後にまた肉を焼く音がしていました。
食べログでの評価も高く、金額も高かったので笑 接客等にも期待しすぎました。
ちなみに私が来店した時（2024.3.31）PayPayは使えませんでした。「PayPayの審査にまだ通っていなくて」とのこと、そこまで客に言わなくていいです。
