今日は台湾の朝食の気分。大須の「豆乳専科」さんへ伺いました。こちらは台湾スィーツでもお気に入りで何度か伺っているミートフレッシュさんと同じお店。正確に言うと、入り口は別で店内は一緒。
土曜日の10時過ぎ、私が1番乗りです。入り口を入った所にある券売機で購入。ドリンクのついたランチセットもいいかなと思ったんですが、券売機で探せず単品で注文することに。
▪️シェントウジャン（¥580）
▪️ニラ饅頭2個（¥120）
▪️パクチー（¥80）
ブザーを渡され、席で待ちます。程なく出来上がり席に運びます。シェントウジャン美味しそう。ニラ饅頭は味は付いているけどお好みで醤油やラー油でどうぞとの事。
シェントウジャン、美味です！オプションで付けたパクチーを投入します。いやぁ、美味しいね。豆乳なのでお腹いっぱい食べても罪悪感ないし。ニラ饅頭の方は、これは普通な感じでした。次はタンピン食べようっと。ご馳走さまでした！
