金山駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所にあるビルの５階に２０２３年１１月にオープンした居酒屋です、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はテーブル３０卓近くあって席数は多くありますね、２０時ころに入りましたがほぼ満席と賑わっていました。
メニューはテルマエ串にかけ流し一丁麻婆豆腐、隠し玉ハンバーグ、テルマエのどて煮、とろける温泉湯豆腐といった名物メニューをはじめ、いろいろとおもしろい料理が並んでいます。そしてコチラのお店のウリはなんと言っても店内にある大量の「蛇口」からお酒が出てくるセルフの飲み放題、これが圧巻ですよね。
ただこの日は混み合っていたということもあってか料理、セルフ以外のドリンクの提供が限りなく遅かったですね。頼んだ料理が最初に出てきたのが３０分後、ドリンクもセルフ以外のものだと提供まで２０分もかかりました。コレでは６０分の飲み放題はとても機能しないですね。
料理もいくつかいただきましたが、例えばテルマエのどて煮、最近は濃厚ながらもクドさを感じないようなものが多いですが、ココのはしっかりと後味にクドさが残りますね、そんな感じに全体的に料理の味が濃いのが印象的でした、お酒はススむかもですが。
それにセルフの飲み放題で人の動きが激しいのに席の間隔が狭いので混雑している時は後ろをバンバン人が通って全然落ち着かなかったですね、まあ安いからその辺はガマンですかね。スタッフのお姉さんたちは一生懸命さが伝わってきて良かったですが、お店のシステムに問題ありかもです、ただとにかくリーズナブルに飲みたい時にはイイかもです。
