Hirovanna's third restaurant is a Hamburger shop. On the opening day, due to time constraints, I was only able to say hello. The next day, I went to the store again and got Hamburger. First of all, it's the orthodox LocaHumberger. Lunch seems to come with salad and drink (+200 yen). Also Mikawa Red Chicken nuggets. The nuggets have a firm texture similar to breast meat. Perfect for pairing with wine. The main Hamburger is quite large, including the appetizer. The well-baked buns have a crunchy texture. At first I thought it was brioche. I like that the patty is lean and not greasy. The dried tomatoes and lotus root also create a nice texture.The garnishes, pickles and wasabi, also add a nice twist to the taste. I ordered a cola for a drink, and it was very delicious with a nice aroma and a refreshing aftertaste. If you ask me, it seems to be a landlady's blend. As expected of a perverted landlady. It even makes cola delicious. I want to drink this again. I would like to try PPP next time.
