千種イオンのそばに新しくオープンしたてのこちらへふらっとおじゃましてきました〜
テーマは「地産地消」
高架下のお店ならではの開放感ある店内はかなり先進的なモダンリビングのようで高級感すごかった。

パティは知多牛100%。
バンズは鶴舞の有名パン屋から、千代田ファームのレタス、県内のお野菜（セミドライトマトや蓮根）を使ったこだわりの一皿！
わさびや蓮子ピクルスなど添えられてもはやコース料理のようです
かなり食べ応えあるお肉とシャキシャキとした蓮根が特長的でソースも美味かった(^^)
わさびをつけたりしながらゆっくりいただきました。
イタリアン百名店に選ばれた名駅ヒロヴァーナさんが手掛けてるそうで、お味は確か
もちろん夜はビストロとしても使えるので、メニューには美味しそうなラザニアやらアラカルトメニューも！
当然お酒も地元のものを取り揃えるなどすごいラインナップで驚きました！
また飲みにもきたいなぁ
