This is a newly opened Hamburger restaurant under the elevated Aeon Nishi train station in Chikusa. It seems that ``Hirovana'' near Nagoya Station is involved. I visited for a late lunch. "Weekly Hamburger" 1,430 yen I heard it was only available on weekdays, but I was able to go there on Saturdays and Sundays to celebrate the opening. Hamburger comes with three small plates. It is fried edamame paste, carrot lapé, and pizza dough. I really like paste. I think the rapé is more sour. The fried pizza dough was sprinkled with cheese and had a lot of volume. Hamburger are made with local ingredients such as Thule Poo buns, Chita beef patties, and vegetables from the Chita and Atsumi peninsulas. The buns are crispy and delicious. It also feels like a true Thule Poo. The balance between the patty and vegetables such as tomatoes is also good. I thought Hamburger itself would be a little small, but when you include the garnishes, it was quite large. "Drink dessert set" + 660 yen Dessert was pudding. It was traditional and delicious. I'm happy with the price for the drink and dessert. I'm so glad it turned out to be more delicious than I expected.
