名古屋市千種区大久手町に有る中華料理店。
名古屋のローカルTV番組で時々取り上げられるお店です。
注文は下記の通り。
特製春巻き
餃子
鶏のから揚げ
青菜炒め
酢豚
チャーハン
特製春巻きは、お1人様1本までの数量限定。
皮の中に薄焼き玉子が仕込まれています。
この薄焼き玉子が甘めの味付け。
私は甘い玉子焼きが余り好きでは有りません。
好みで評価の分れるお料理だと思いました。
餃子は至って普通。
普通に美味しいです。
鶏のから揚げは小振りでした。
衣は薄めで柔らかかったです。
悪く無いから揚げですね。
青菜炒め優しい味付け。
とろみの有る餡が効いています。
酢豚は私には酸っぱ過ぎました。
妻には好評でしたが…。
チャーハンはこのお店の看板商品。
実際に看板に「名古屋屈指の絶品チャーハン」と有ります。
しっかりと炒められて、
焦がし醤油の香りが食欲をそそります。
「絶品」は言い過ぎな感じはしますが、
美味しいチャーハンで有る事は間違い有りません。
