中華は、高級より庶民派の方がお口に合います。
と言う事で、何気に気になっていたこちらのお店に行ってみました。
皆様の口コミを拝見し、多少キツそうなイメージを持っての訪問でしたが、想像以上の店構え(;^ω^)
イヤイヤ、流石に入店するか迷いました・・・。
歴史を感じすぎる入口、そして店内。
6，7席ほどのカウンターのみ。
席後ろは超狭く、人が通るギリギリのスペースです(-.-)
店主一人での営業。
の割にはメニューが豊富過ぎ！

結果・・・案の定。
この場で詳しい内容を書き込むのは、単なる愚痴になりますので、控えさせて頂きますが、
接客はかなり頂けない・・・と感じました。
拘りの人気店にありがちな対応、と言えばそうかもしれませんが、今は令和の時代！
これで、通用するのでしょうか・・・(-_-メ)

ラーメンはあっさり、少しコクが足りない感じでしょうか。
チャーハンは評判通り、マズマズの美味しさ。
春巻き、独特な春巻きです。
客とお店は対等の立場。
それが最近の考え方です。
店側に対して威張っている客、最近あまり見かけなくなりました。
その逆は、もっと見かけなくなりました。
