松楽さんに訪問しました。名古屋 吹上エリアにある町中華です。外観からして雰囲気のあるお店で、窓などもないので外から店内の様子を窺い知ることが出来ません。そのため事前情報なしでふらっと入るにはハードルがありそうです。
店内は奥に長いつくりで1列のカウンターのみ。
チャーハン唐揚げ半ラーメン(1050円)を注文しました。
チャーハンはしっとりパラパラで実にいい感じの炒め具合。濃いめの味付けで塩コショウが鼻に抜けるちょっとジャンクな味付けでした。こういうチャーハン大好き(*^ω^*)
唐揚げはカリカリに揚がっていました。私の好み的にはちょっと油が多いように感じました。
半ラーメンはあっさり醤油で王道中華のラーメンといった感じでした。
最後にラーメンスープを飲んでホッと一息。食べ終わった後、また来るか(*`･ω･´) と思える店でした。
