炒飯が美味しいと評判だそうです
外観からは到底想像も付きません
店内はカウンターのみで5人も入れば一杯か
ご主人一人でのオペ
壁に有名人の色紙が何枚か貼ってある事で
ここが実は評判のお店なのかなと思わせます
セットがあったので焼飯、餃子、ミニラーメン
のセットを注文、暫し待ちます。
おやっと思ったのはカウンターに
小さなパッドに入った大量の紅生姜が置いてあります
私は焼飯と紅生姜を一緒に食べるのが大好きなので
これは期待が持てます、この紅生姜の量からすると
焼飯にどんどん掛けて食べてくれ
という事なのでしょう
先ずは餃子から出てきました
焦げ目の多い強めの火入れ、タレを作成し頂きます
餡は少なめで皮との間に空間があります
薬味の効きは少しありますが弱め
肉は細かく挽いてありネットリとした食感
無難な一品であくまで脇役的な存在です。
少々時間がかかりましたが焼飯が出てきました
やや茶色っぽくて、思ったより量は少なめ
おたまの形に丸く成形されています。
タッパーからトングで紅生姜を多めに盛り
蓮華を手に取り、先ずは焼飯をそのまま頂きます
ライスはパラパラでしっとり、理想的な状態
具はノーマルに玉子、ネギ、細かい肉っぽい物
味付けは最初薄口かなと思いましたが
食べ進めていくとそうでも無いです
丁度良い感じかな、オーソドックスでありながらも
王道の味付けですね、何もかもが丁度良い。
我慢できなくて、すぐに紅生姜と合わせて見ます
これはいい、とてもいい、凄く良く合いますよこれ
先程までの完成度の高い焼飯が更に数段旨くなります
成程、だから紅生姜をこんなに沢山
置いてあるんですね
このコンビはマストです。
ミニラーメンをスープがわりにいただきます。
よくある街中華のシンプルな醤油ラーメン
中華そばというやつです。麺は柔らかく
刻みネギのアクセントがとても良いです
こういうタイプのラーメンではいつもするのですが
胡椒をたっぷりと振りかけます、かなり一杯
そうするとまったりとした優しい中華そばが
キリリと攻撃的になります
そんな中でも刻みネギの
香りのアクセントはとても良く
もっと一杯乗せて欲しいところ
思わずスープを飲み干してしまいました。
やはり焼飯は良かったですよ、
安定感のある王道の味付けなんですが
紅生姜と合わさると、飛ばす飛ばす、ギューンとです。
大将が渡辺美里も絶賛したという春巻きを推すので
今度来た時は焼飯と春巻きをいただくことにしますね
