ずっとBMしていたピッコラ を訪問してみました。
訪問したのはとある長期休暇中の夜です。
1番乗りで入店です。
奥のテーブル席に案内して貰いました。
さっそく注文を。
注文したのは、
キムチベーコンクリームパスタ
ポルチーニ茸とベーコンのクリームパスタ
エビと貝柱のウニクリームパスタ
ソーセージの盛り合わせ
です。
ソーセージの盛り合わせのソーセージは、ちょっと苦手でした。
いい意味で臭みがあるというか獣の感じがするというか個性的というか、
そんな感じのソーセージで、ジビエとかが苦手な自分にはちょっと苦手な感じでした。
一方でパスタの方はこれがまたびっくりするような美味しさで、
頼んだ3つともがめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
ウニクリームはちょっとお酒が強いかなと思いましたが、
ウニの風味が強烈でウニ好きにはたまらない濃厚さで、絶品！！
キムチベーコンクリームパスタもキムチとベーコンがクリームパスタに驚きのハーモニーを見せます。今までに食べたことのない味で感動的な驚きと美味しさでした。
確実にまた行きたいお店ですね。
他のパスタも色々と食べてみたいですね。
