アリアナレストランに予約してディナーです。
店内は広々とした異国情緒たっぷりの雰囲気。
アフガニスタン、インド、イラン料理のお店で
とりあえずビールと思って、メニューを見ると
アルコールがないのにびっくり！！
緊急事態宣言が終わったことを知らないのかと
思ったら、宗教上の問題なんですね。
仕方なく、本当に仕方なく、ホットチャイから
チキンビリヤニを注文です。

今まで作り置きのしか食べたことがないですが
最初から作ると30分もかかるんですね。
味わいは格別で、スパイスがしっかりと効いて
お米の一粒一粒に香りと旨味が染み込んでいて
素晴らしく美味しいです！！！
ジューシーなチキンも中にゴロゴロ入っており
卓上の辛味調味料を加えると最高でした。
作りたてのチキンビリヤニに大満足です。
