クビデはアフガニスタンの串焼きマトンハンバーグよ！
酸っぱそうな独特なスパイスの香りと、マトンの匂いがしてかなり癖が強そうね！
意外や意外、全然クセがなくて、ほんとりとクミンが効いてる鳥つくねのような味だったわ！
全然癖のないマトンが使われていて、ほんのりとマトンの味がするつくねみたいね！
クミンがほんのりと効いてる以外スパイス感がなく、独特なのは香りだけだったわ！
食感もハンバーグより肉感がなくもっちりとしているのもつくねっぽいわね！

Juja（ジュージャ）
ジュージャはアフガニスタンのチキンティッカよ！
ヨーグルトの酸味とレモンのフルーティーな酸味のあるさっぱりとした味付けだったわ！
基本的にインド料理のチキンティッカと似たような味付けだけど、ヨーグルトが効いていてまろやか、そして、レモンの酸味があったてさっぱりとした味付けだったわ！
Pulao（パラウ）
パラウはアフガニスタンのスパイス炊き込みご飯よ！
全体的に茶色い見た目は、パキスタン料理のスパイス炊き込みご飯のプラオみたいね！
ライスはパラパラとしたバスマティライスで、ほんのりといろんなスパイスの味がしてプラオそっくりね！でも、プラオよりもあっさりとした味付けで、お肉も何も入っていないから単調に感じたわ。
レモンをかけると酸味が加わりさっぱりとした味になるわね！
でもすぐ酸味がなくなり、すぐに単調な味に変わったわ！もしかしてクビデかジュージャにかけるやつだったのかしら？
クビデと一緒に食べるとマトンプラオみたいな味になるのかと期待したけど、普通にクビデとパラウを食べてるだけって感じだったわ！
ジュージャと食べると、味つけが濃いめなジュージャの味に隠れてしまって、白米とジュージャを食べてるみたいだったわ！
アフガニスタン料理は、スパイスをガンガンに効かせた過激的な味付けな料理なのかと思ったら、スパイス控えめでまろやかな味付けの料理だったわ！
