元々この地域の人間で、やぶ屋さんのことも味噌とんちゃんが名古屋めしであることも知っていたが、今まで食わず嫌いだった味噌とんちゃん。ふと目にした名古屋のグルメライターの方のネット記事を見て訪れた。
みそとんちゃんMIX（両方あり）
とんちゃんオンリーにする勇気がなくて、レバーとハツも入ったものにした。七輪で自分で焼くのだが、味噌ダレを一味とニンニクの両方ありにしたのが正解で、絶妙な味付けでご飯がすすむ。
台湾混ぜきしめん
メニューを見て珍しいし、台湾混ぜそばは大好物なので注文してみた。結果、大正解。タレが少し多めだが、それ以上に追い飯の量が多いので全部投入すると味が薄くなってしまうので、ご飯は若干残して正解。
他にも少し注文したが、トータルで考えれば、使い勝手の良いお店だと感じた。
