お昼はなかなか予約が取れないから思い切って夜にいっちゃいました。
店主はイケ面。
調理の説明はあるものの声が聞き取れないので何かは解らないw
でも出てくる料理が全て美味しくて上品で品数も沢山。
お連れさんが食べ終わるまで提供はしない徹底ぶり。
説明で解ったのがお焼き物のスズキとアナゴのご飯。
炭火の焼き台と大きな釜が目の前にあったから。
スズキは透き通る身で串にさして目の前で焼いてくれ物を食べ幸せな気分になっちゃう。
アナゴと冬瓜は苦手な私、
冬瓜を揚げたのは生まれて初めて口にしたらビックリ！
これって冬瓜なの？めちゃめちゃ美味しいw
アナゴで炊き上げたご飯に感動しておかわりまでw
クリスマスイブに高級ホテルのコースを食べるなら１万円のこのコースで幸せ感じた方がいい～
