約15年以上ぶりに訪問した『梶川』さん
当時、全然予約が取れなくなって足が遠のいていましたが、奇跡的にランチが予約でき久しぶりに伺いました
大将はとっても寡黙で、あ！そうだった！と思い出しました
個人的には寡黙な料理人、好きです
お料理は丁寧で少し味付けが濃いかな？と思いますが、私はこの味付け大好き♡
最後のデザートも季節が感じられて美味しかった♡
お客様は昔からの常連さんが多いのか、年齢を重ねた方が多い印象
それだけ長く愛されているお店なんですね
また、季節を変えて伺いたいです
