予約なしで11：40頃行ったらすでに満席。少し待ちましたがすぐ席に着けました。
(12時前には表までズラーっと並んでました。。。
2人で行きましたのでパスタはランチ1,000円のものとメニュー内にあったものを。シンプルな味付けなんですけど、くどすぎないこの絶妙なラインって本当に出すの難しいんだと思います。美味しい、ペロリとたいらげました。
ホール1人、キッチン2人でさばいてましたが、皆さんの連携が素晴らしく、手際が良く、お客様を待たせない工夫がされていて、とても感心してしまいました。忙しい中でも常連の方へもコミュニケーション忘れずにお話されていて、「あ〜、それはまた来たくなるよね」っていう。。ランチタイムでは落ち着いて食事はできませんが来た甲斐がありました。美味しい料理、ありがとうございます♪
