千種駅近くにある本郷亭の一店舗です。駅近で夜24時くらいまで営業しているので、飲み会などの締めにも利用できます。本日は飲み会の締めとして22時くらいにお邪魔しました。
ラーメンメニューとしては豚骨ベースの白湯、醤油、黒麺をはじめとして味噌や四川、夜限定のあっさりとした特製中華そばもあります。また、それぞれのラーメンにはチャーシューの枚数、大盛、にんにくについてトッピングしたりもできます。
本日は辛めの四川ラーメンを注文。お腹は満たされていたので通常サイズをチャーシュー1枚にしました。
半玉、もやし、ネギ、わかめ、チャーシューがトッピングされたラーメン。ピリリと辛めでありながらも決して激辛ではなく、豚骨の味わいとトロトロなチャーシューともマッチして、お腹いっぱいではあったけど美味しく食べきることができました。
