・とんこつ出汁の香ばしい旨味ある味噌スープ。ニンニク＋で更に美味さ倍増君。
・麺は中太縮れ。もちっとした食感にスープとの相性も程よく良い感じ。
・厚切りのチャーシュー！ジューシーで旨い。 唐揚げも外カリッと中ジューシーでビールのアテには良さげちゃんでした。
