いつも金曜の夜にはお客さんが外で席を空くのを待っている人気店。
晩ご飯を食べようと空いている平日の夜に訪問しました。
カウンター席にはお一人の男性がチラホラ、奥のテーブルには若い女性グループ、手前のテーブルには若いカップル、ご近所らしき夫婦。様々な用途で使われていそうです。
いくつかあるメニューからエスニックヌードルを注文。他にアジアン担々麺やメキシカンヌードルなどアジアンな食べ物が好きなら興味深い品が。
エスニックヌードルはエビや貝、カニなどの魚介とココナッツミルクのヌードルとのこと。
運ばれて来た器からは、カニの足が飛び出していました。味は予想通り、甘くて辛い！これを待ってました！
そして出汁がとにかく効いている。ヌードルなのでノリはラーメン、ジャンクなハズが出汁の旨味で滋味深い味わいに…。スープをすくう手が止まりませんでした。
予想以上に満たされましたよ。
