ずいぶん前からある麺類を中心としたエスニック料理のお店。
前からあるお店ですが、今回初訪。
一番無難な大陸担担麺を唐揚げ付きでいただきます。
5分強で到着。
ラー油の色、白ゴマベースの色、ネギの色となかなか彩りがいいですね。
ほどよいごま感としゃきしゃきのネギや玉ねぎの具材の食感が面白い。
濃厚なごま感でもなくあっさりしているのですが、全体的にうまくバランスが取れているのがいいところ。
ミンチをスープに溶くと、辛さがでてきて担担麺らしさがでてきますね～(^^)/
麺はそれほど特徴ないかな。
スープは全部のめそうなくらいバランスがとれてていいかな。
具がスープの底に沈んでいるので、それをすくいながら飲むのもなかなか。
今度は違う麺も試してみよかな(*'▽')
