妻と一緒にお昼を食べて来ました。
行って来たお店は「Gentile」。
名古屋市千種区小松町に有るイタリアンのお店。
予約無しの飛び込みです。
予約も相当数入っている様子でしたが、
開店時間を狙ったのが良かったのか、
何とか席を確保出来ました。
このお店は予約を入れた方が無難かも知れません。
注文はランチメニューからパスタランチ。
前菜5種盛り合わせ、パスタ4品より一品選択、
ドルチェ3種盛り合わせ、コーヒーor紅茶が付くセット。
パスタ4品は下記の通り。
瀬戸内産かちりとキャベツのアーリオ オーリオ エ ペペロンチーノ スパゲッティ
モルタデッラハムとマッシュルームのトマトソース スパゲッティ
自家製手打ちパスタ 紅ズワイ蟹と青菜の白ワインソース からすみ風味（追加料金）★
自家製手打ちパスタ アンガス牛・越後豚・甘栗のボロネーゼソース（追加料金）☆
妻は☆、私は★を選択しました。
先ずは、前菜5種盛り合わせから。
どれも一手間加えたお料理に仕上がっていて、
味も悪く無いですね。
パスタの提供は少々遅かったですね。
注文が後でもスパゲッティの方が早く出されていました。
自家製パスタは時間が掛かる様です。
美味しければ、文句は無いのですが…。
アンガス牛・越後豚・甘栗のボロネーゼソースは、
甘栗がゴロッと入っているのには驚きましたが、
ボロネーゼソースは肉の存在感が有りました。
紅ズワイ蟹と青菜の白ワインソース からすみ風味も、
生臭さは一切無く 紅ズワイ蟹の旨味が効いていました。
からすみも良いアクセントですね。
ただ、パスタが硬かったですね。
これが自家製パスタの特徴なのかも知れませんが、
もう少し柔らかくても良さそうに感じました。
ドルチェ3種盛り合わせにコーヒーで締めです。
林檎のコンポートは爽やかな酸味が印象的。
コーヒーのプリンが苦みが効いて大人の味でした。
こちらも味は悪く無いですね。
全体的に味は悪く無いと思います。
ただ、感動する味かと言うと、
それ程では無いと言わざるを得ません。
従って、再訪の可能性は低いですね。
