ナゴヤドーム近く、出来町通りにある老舗焼肉店。
カウンター席と奥にあるお座敷からなり、一人焼肉にもオススメです。
ロースターで炙る、昔懐かしい焼肉店。
■キムチ(カクテキ、白菜キムチ)
■ねぎ塩タン
タンを両面ササッとあぶり、ねぎ塩を巻いていただきました。
■赤身三種盛り
味付きのカルビ、ロース、ハラミ、中落ちカルビから3種をチョイス。
■豚トロ
しつこくない、旨みたっぷりのとろける脂。レモン果汁でさっぱりといただきました。
■鶏せせり
コリコリとした食感がクセになります。1人前あたりの量もけっこうありました。
■クッパ
〆としては一人で食べきれないほどの量で、3人でシェアしてちょうどよいくらいでした。牛骨からの旨みはよく出ていましたが、少し味が薄かったので塩を足してちょうどよいくらい。
■センマイ
恥ずかしながらはじめて挑戦。コリコリした食感に辛いタレとの組み合わせ、ハマりました。
次回は一人焼肉に挑戦です！
