I've always wanted to go to this restaurant since I started coming to Nagoya on business trips. I wanted to visit it at a reasonable lunch time, but the timing never worked out, so I finally visited♪ I arrived at the store at 12 o'clock! When I entered the store, they were just clearing out the vacant seats, so I waited for a while and was shown to my seat. For lunch that day, A. Karaage pork loin Hong Kong curry B. Stir-fried chicken with miso C. Chinese porridge with dried scallops D. Snow crab fried rice I'm really torn between C and... What is Hong Kong curry? The stir-fried chicken with miso is probably similar to Twice-Cooked Pork. I really like it, I'm sure. I also want to eat fried rice. After much deliberation, I ordered B. Stir-fried chicken with miso and almond tofu for dessert! It took about 10 minutes for the plate to arrive! Corn soup and salad are also included. The miso-fried chicken is made with chicken and a lot of root vegetables such as lotus root, burdock, daikon radish, asparagus, eggplant, cabbage, and yellow peppers. The variety of textures is fun, and the sweet and spicy miso flavor makes it perfect for eating with rice. I finished it in no time, it was so delicious! And the almond tofu. The lychee flavor is amazing. The soft and fluffy almond tofu was also very delicious! If I have the chance, I would definitely like to come back and try the fried rice. It was delicious!
