Dinner with my wife. The store I went to was ``Mukashiya''. This is a Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) located in Ikeshita, Chikusa Ward, Nagoya City. I made a reservation at the store. Arrived at the store on time for the reservation. The time is around 6pm. It's been about 2 hours since the store opened, but it seems to be empty at this time. After that, a steady stream of customers arrived, and by 7pm, the place was almost full. Orders are as follows. Chicken skin, root vegetable kinpei, and spicy chicken wings. I received a draft beer. This is Kamiwa's The Premium Malt's. The dish starts with cubed cabbage. It's a bit disappointing considering the amount and the miso sauce that came with it... Cochin Is the gizzard and heart okay? It doesn't have a fishy smell, but it doesn't feel very fresh either. The salad with mizuna and lotus root chips topped with a warm egg is good because the lotus root chips are crispy. The texture is pleasant and the taste is not bad either. Cochin seseri was delicious. The chewy meat is full of flavor as you chew. Nagoya Cochin chicken chicken dish are the recommended menu item at this restaurant. You can choose fried chicken or grilled with salt. We chose salt-grilled. It's not bad, but it's not an impressive taste either. It was unclear which part was the best. Cochin salted meatballs are not juicy enough, but they have enough flavor and taste good. The correct answer was to use salt instead of sauce. Cochin dumplings with grated ponzu sauce was my wife's request. I don't like ponzu sauce... My wife seemed to enjoy it. Nagoya Cochin Bonjiri Karaage was the last one. This menu might have been a little boring after you were a little full. It doesn't taste bad though... I managed to wash it down with beer. Overall, I think it's okay.
