ＰＥＧＧＹで出されるのは、コーヒーでなく、珈琲でした。
キリマンジャロを飲みましたが、深く薫り高いアロマと味に驚きました。
確かな豆を、細心の注意を払って淹れられているのでしょう。
初めての体験でした。
カフェ・オ・レも牛乳と珈琲との組み合わせ方が最高でした。
ケーキも、作り手の思いが伝わってくる最高の一品。
近くのNINOというケーキ屋さんが特別に作っているとのこと。
甘すぎず、丁寧に、そして多くの工夫が見られる、とっても美味しいケーキです。
ＰＥＧＧＹを出た後、お店まで出向いてしまいました。
この、珈琲とケーキの組み合わせが至福のひとときを演出してくれました。
この味、サービスで手ごろすぎる価格。
今の段階では本当は最高点をつけたいのだけれど、もっと他の店もよく回ってからにします。
