パルケ・ミエールに伺った。
名古屋のホテルメルパルク内にあるバイキング。
前評判が非常に悪かったので期待せず伺ったが、普通に何食っても美味かった。
バイキングではカレーなどの腹に貯まるものはご法度だが、最初からガッツいてしまった。
今年一の反省点である。
皆さんの写真を見ると配膳がお上手だが、どうやればよいのだろう。
