ずっと掲載保留になっていたが。。。
店舗外観を見ると新しくなっている。
屋号は同じ。店主はたいぶご高齢だったのだが。様子見で訪問。
その高齢の店主はいなかった。新しい店主らしき人に探りを入れる。
『お店新しくなったんですね』
こちらは刈谷駅前の俺の夢と一緒ですよね。（次男という事を知っていて質問）
その新しい店主からの返答が『俺の弟です』だったのでこの人は長男だという事が判明。
肝心のラーメンは豚とん時代と全く一緒で安心した。本場のゴリゴリの豚骨ラーメンとは違い。
名古屋の人にも受け入れられる豚骨ラーメン。安心感＆安定感がある。
小腹が空いたら系ラーメン。
こういったラーメン店が一子相伝で続くのは喜ばしい。
