お昼ご飯は、職場で貸切にして頂いた近所にある、好来道場にて。
ラーメンを食べる日でした。
人数が多いため、開店前の10時に貸し切り。
ありがたや。
種類は松・竹・寿など色々ある中で、多分、寿。
チャーシューが美味しかった。
それより何より、鶏ガラを使った薬膳スープが美味しかったです。
開店前から並んでいる、けっこう人気のあるお店です。
味は今までに食べた事のない独特な味。
薬膳ラーメンとも言われているそうです。
麺はコシがありもちもち麺。
チャーシューはとっても柔らかく、人気のメンマはよく煮込まれていて、柔らかくコリコリっと噛みごたえがある。
美味しいですよ。
デーブルに置いてある、自家製ラー油と高麗人参のお酢を入れて味変。
うーん、美味い！
もう少し食べたかった。
また個人的に行こう。
