名古屋ならではの味かもしれません
好来系ラーメンと言う味。
その本家本本、源流のお店
好来道場に初訪問でございます。
系譜の店には何軒も行っております
共通するのは独特の滋味深いスープ
このスープの味が特徴ですね
私はスープに一味足すのです
備え付けのガーリックパウダー
これを結構大量に振る
そしてその上にブラックペッパー
これも結構な量を振る
仕上げにラー油をスプーン1杯回しかけ
これがやまちゃん流のセッティング
抜群に味が良くなります。
本家本元のお店はご高齢の店主が奮闘
手際良くラーメンを作って行きます
カウンターから見えるその所作は
やはり燻し銀のそれですね
見ていて飽きることがありません。
まずはスープをすすります
うん、これこれ。間違いないね
麺もおいしいです、メンマもおいしい
チャーシューはトロトロで抜群
最高の一杯です。
この先も長く続いてほしい
店主には健康でがんばっていただきたい。
