2人で飯となりツレの好みでイタリアン
良さげな店を食べログで探して見つけたのが、
千種駅近くの「gecca」さんへ
事前に予約を取りシンプルな白い壁が印象的な店舗へ予約時間丁度の18時半へやって来ました
床やテーブル等に木を使っており雰囲気が良い店内にはカウンター4席とテーブル席が5つ
本日は既に予約で満席とのこと
カウンターが好きなので予約時にお願いをしておきました
厨房がよく見えるカウンター席はご飯を食べるには特等席ですね
見てて飽きませんね〜
先ずはビールを頂きましょう
ビールの種類は豊富で国産の地ビールや生の地ビールもありますね
海外のビールもしっかりとした品揃えです
でも普通の生ビールで先ずはスタート

・砂肝とドライトマトのオイル漬け 480円
オリーブオイルとニンニクの風味が良いね〜
砂肝の食感とドライトマトの酸味が素敵
・いわしのレモンマリネ カプレーゼ仕立て 680円
鰯、モッツァレラ、トマト、バジルが綺麗に盛り付けられた一皿
軽くしめてある鰯の風味が良いね
白にピッタリ
・マルゲリータ 1450円
ナポリ風のモッチリ生地で香ばしく焼き上げられてます
トマトソースがフレッシュな酸味があり好きだな
また縁のコルニチョーネが香り良く、小麦の風味が素敵
・豚ヒレの低温ロースト 850円
コレ美味かった！
綺麗なピンク色に仕上げており凄く柔らかい
シルキーな食感のヒレ肉は噛み締めると旨味がジワッ湧き出ます
・カナダ産アルバータ牛肩ロースのグリル 1200円
火入れ良く綺麗な断面が見るからに美味そう
柔らかいが適度に歯を押し返す食感は如何にも肉を食べている感がありますね
ブルーベリーのソースの甘酸っぱさが肩ロースの濃厚な旨味を引き立て赤ワインが進みますね
一皿のボリュームも適度で値段もリーズナブル
2人でシェアしても色々と楽しめるのは有り難い
使い勝手が良いお店と思います
