This is the second place I went to today. I found this place while wandering around Chikusa Station wondering where to go next. Judging from past review photos, it seems to have been renovated recently? It was nicely done. It was a holiday around 9pm, and there was one group of customers ahead of me, and one more group after me, so there was plenty of room. Here's what I ordered. ◆ Ordered food ・Appetizer Chawanmushi with thick sauce ? ? ? → Chawanmushi with a thick sauce. It wasn't cold that day, but it was a good treat for my stomach before drinking alcohol. ・Special soft-boiled quail egg 200 yen/tax included → Cooked so that the yolk popped. Delicious! ・Binder 180 yen/tax included → The so-called "kokoro no kori". It has a chewy texture and is full of flavor. It's a rare cut that I love and would always order if it was available. ・White liver 210 yen/tax included → I was looking forward to it, but it was a little overcooked. What I expect from white liver is a mellow taste like foie gras, but I was bothered by the dry aftertaste. ・Lightly pickled spring chrysanthemum 480 yen/tax included → A little salty, maybe it was pickled too long. ・Boiled snap peas in salt 580 yen/tax included → Sweet and delicious. A reliable snack. ・Salted chicken soba 880 yen/tax included → Quite salty. You can't fully enjoy the flavor of the chicken with this... Ramen at this kind of place is more of a final dish than something to eat with rice, so it's enough with less saltiness. It's a waste because it's authentic and even has an espuma. ・Warm egg and chicken bowl 610 yen/tax included → A bowl of chicken thighs and green onions covered in sauce and served with a warm egg. Well, it looks just like it looks... It's just my personal preference, but I think the sauce would have been better if it was sweeter than salty. ◆ Drinks ordered: Raku no Yo Yume Matsuri 840 yen/tax included (Konan City, Aichi Prefecture/Marui Partnership) → They poured it to the brim, or rather, it almost overflowed lol. It felt like there was more than one cup! For this amount and price, it was quite economical. Thank you for the meal. The seasoning was strong overall, and I usually prefer grilled yakitori. It was grilled over charcoal, but the charcoal aroma wasn't that strong. It's reasonably priced, so it's good for a relaxing meal. *At the time of visit → Rating 3.13
