The strongest class ever!
It has received numerous awards, including the Michelin Goyo Millau 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 Bronze, and the 100 Best Restaurants in 2021 and 2023. The ultimate hideaway, osteria... I was finally able to visit osteria LIU, which I had been a fan of for a while. I gave up after the first dish (lol) I started with antipasto! Ricotta cheese and smoked shellfish with fresh extra virgin olive oil, it was delicious! Sea urchin and truffle pasta. Red meat pistecca, etc. The owner chef trained in northern Italy and runs this restaurant with his wife as the owner chef. The quality of the ingredients, the chef's skills, and the way he uses salt are all perfect. It's crazy! (lol) The quality and quantity are also perfect. I didn't make it in time for the white truffles this time, but I'll visit again. The sea urchin, caviar, and truffles were all really delicious. Thank you for the meal.
