中華そば650円。
店外待ち四人目…待ちつつ今池は独特な雰囲気だなと再確認。
単身赴任なら近くに住みたい町。賑やかな飲み屋街と言った雰囲気。新栄には疎いが同じ雰囲気を感じる。
待つ事20分、カウンター3席での営業。
清潔な店内、穏やかな雰囲気。
中華そば到着。
オーソドックスな外観。
スープ、感じ取れないが雑味のある出汁、その後に甘辛な醤油タレとギリギリ塩辛く無い塩分。後味は円やか。
麺、黄色っぽい中太ストレート、かん水っぽい味を感じる、茹ではやや硬め。
チャーシュー三枚、厚く肉質はややパサパサ、周りが甘辛タレに浸かり中央は肉の味。好みなタイプでは無いが値段を考えると凄まじい内容。
ネギ、メンマ。
近くで飲み占めにしたいラーメン。
今池の永く続く店はお酒を思い出させる味がする。
