山本屋は、総本家とか本店とか少しややこしい。大久手山本屋は、それらとは違う。他の山本屋の麺がどことなく生煮え的なのに比べて、茹で上がっていて、シコシコ感が残っている、これなら分かる。つゆも美味しい。
値段が少し高かったが、すごく食べやすくて美味しかった。
また行きたいと思えたし、名古屋外の人に味噌煮込みとして勧めたい。
