味噌煮込みうどんの有名店に行ってきました。
よく考えたらここは初めてだ。
ここのお店はかなり賛否両論分かれてるお店です。
老舗感たっぷりだけど、清潔感のある店内でアルバイトの方達も明るく元気で好感が持てました。
味は昔ながらのThe 味噌煮込みうどんって感じで名古屋以外の人からしたら濃いし麺も硬いです。
ただ好みですね。
ご飯ありきで食べるなら濃いのはありだな。
カウンターがあるのが一人飯多い人にはいいかな。
ごちそうさまでした。

I went to a famous miso nikomi udon restaurant.
Come to think of it, this is my first time here.
This is a store that has quite a lot of pros and cons.
Although it has the feel of a long-established store, it has a clean feel, and the part-time employees are cheerful, energetic, and have a good impression.
The taste is like the old-fashioned miso stewed udon, and for people outside of Nagoya, it's dark and the noodles are hard.
I just like it.
If you're going to eat it with rice, it's okay to have a strong flavor.
I think having a counter is good for people who often eat alone.
