夜ご飯にお邪魔しました。地下鉄吹上駅と今池駅の中間くらいにありタンメンでこさんの隣にあるこちらのお店、一見するとよくある丼物のチェーン店か？と思われるかと思いますが、ところがどっこい、ご飯が見えなくなるほど盛られた豚肉に驚愕いたしました。
見た目といい中身といい、昨今の流行りに囚われずただ客の欲するものを提供している姿勢に非常に共感しました。
初めて利用するのでベターであろう焼き豚丼の中を注文しました。本当は大や肉増しなど注文してみてもよかったのですがちょっと日和ってしまいました。
注文してから出てくるまで非常に早く10分ほどで出てきました。炭火で焼かれた豚バラ肉の上にもやしが乗っかっているシンプルなスタイルでカリカリに焼かれた豚肉とほわほわの白米がドンドン箸を進めていく味でした。
ごちそうさまでした！
焼き豚丼以外にも塩だれやロース豚など色々食欲をそそるメニューもあるのでまた利用してみたいと思いました。テイクアウトも出来るそうなので是非ご利用してみてください。
