名古屋市千種区にある「ビストロ文化洋食店」。
こちらの「ビストロ文化洋食店」は、現時点で、食べログ点数3.50ながら、食べログ「名古屋市【洋食】」ランキングにおいては、第41位である。
ランチにて訪れた。
店は、JR「千種駅」の北東方面にある。駅からは歩いて、およそ3、4分ほどの距離。
店へ到着。そして、入店。平日の1220の時点で、店内は満席。1組待ちの状態であった。よって、店へ上がらずに待機。玄関というか、土間というか。そのような狭い場所で、静かにその時を待つ。
ようやく、案内をされ、靴を脱いで、店へと上がる。テーブル席へ着席。
メニューを確認。本日は「和風おろしハンバーグ」を注文。1320円（税込み）。ライス、またはパンの選択を行った。

程無くして、サラダが到着。その後に、メイン料理達がやって来た。嬉しいワサビ添えの美味しいハンバーグを食べることが出来た。合格ハンバーグと認定した上で、次回は「カニクリームコロッケ」を食べたいと思う。退店する客の「ハンバーグが有名だけれど、実はカニクリームコロッケが美味しいよ」との声が聞こえた。
また、ライスにも、特に不満はない。ハンバーグランチでありがちな「料理は美味しいが、ライスは不満」などということが無く、まずは一安心。不安や懸念は払拭され、気軽に楽しめるハンバーグセットとしては「アリ」と確信。いつか、池下エリアの「文化洋食店 本店」にも訪れてみたいと思う。
なお、キビキビ、ハキハキと対応される女性スタッフの明るい接客が強く印象に残る。素晴らしい。常連客へは親しく接しながらも、丁寧さは忘れない。人気店でいられる大きな要素の1つだろう。おかげで、美味しいランチが、さらに美味しく食べられた。きっと、そのように思う客も多いはずだ。
古民家を改装した店内で、落ち着いた雰囲気の中、美味しい洋食を味わえる。気軽に、カジュアルに、そして、快適に利用でき、その使いやすさは好都合。千種駅近くにある人気店「ビストロ文化洋食店」であった。機会があれば、また訪問したい。
