隠れ家、ミシュラン一つ星、予約困難とそそるキーワードが並ぶ店で期待していきました。
9000円くらいのおまかせコースを頂きました。スープ含め前菜３品、パスタ、メイン、ドルチェでした。
前菜までは盛り上がっていましたが、パスタ（ボロネーゼ）、メイン（鶏のグリル）、ドルチェ（ブランマンジュ）と進むにつれて、普遍的、華がないというか茶色い食べ物のシークエンスで期待が失速してしまいました。あと、リストランテではないので仕方ないかも知れませんが、カトラリーが交換なく使い回しというのがちょっと腑に落ちませんでした。
一皿はどれをとってもおいしいんですよ。だけどなんだろう、値段相応の満足感がなかったです。これなら3000円や5000円のコースでもよかったかな。
もう一つ、お店発信の情報が無さすぎる。HPは長年更新していないような印象でメニューの内容はほぼ分からず。SNSも探した限りない。あまり宣伝したくないというシェフのポリシーなのかも知れないが、興味を持った人にわかるようにしてほしいとは思いました。
