一通り頂いてきたが前回はこれほどまで思わなかったが、今回はとても塩味が良い。
塩自体の味も良いが、塩と脂が一体となったときの、塩の辛さと脂の甘さが絶妙であった。
試しにタレも頼んだが、やっぱり断然塩であった。

キリンハートランド生480円スタートでいろいろいただいてきました。
千種区内山3丁目の飲食店がひしめく場所にある焼鳥屋さんです。
この界隈には洒落た店が多く、この店も店名から店内まで洒落た感じになっています。
料理はこだわりのある一品料理から焼き鳥まで多数揃っており、
焼き鳥は一本から注文でき、塩・タレ・ピリ辛からチョイス出来るのがうれしいところです。
周辺には数店、焼き鳥店がありますが雰囲気・味・料理の種類では1番かと思います。
