ずっと行きたかった炭火ほるもん真さんへ行ってきました。
色んな方からこのお店は美味しいよと聞いていたので、ようやく行けて嬉しかったです。
まず店内入って最初に店長さんが案内して下さったのですが、愛想の良い方で元気も良く、気持ちの良い対応をして下さいました。
最初の対応が素晴らしいとそれだけで来て良かったと思えます。
色んな種類を少しずつ注文していったのですが、
まずネギサラダ。
このネギサラダは本当にお酒が進んでしまう味付けで、おつまみにはもってこいの商品でした。
ネギサラダに負けないくらいイカキムチもおつまみとして美味しかったです。
他にはサガリやツラミ、ドーナツ、サガリスジ、ハラミなど注文したのですが、個人的に美味しかったのはサガリとドーナツでした。
特にドーナツは酒飲みの僕からしたら最高の一品で、食感もコリコリで噛みごたえがあり、噛めば噛むほど味の出る商品でした。
帰る時もまた気持ちの良いお見送りで見送って頂き、終始気持ち良く食事をさせて頂くことが出来ました。
また絶対行きます。
